Hello everybody and Happy Thanksgiving! Shane cook here with PhixNPhlip.com, also I’m a realtor with My Home Group Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

Here we are at one of my crowdfunding projects that we’re working on this one is Sells Drive and we’re just starting to wrap up the inside get this thing ready to get on the market later in December. It’s actually on the market now unfinished but we’re probably going to pull it off for a little bit as it gets finished up. Here and then restage it and put it back on the market if we don’t have something on the contract here soon.  But I’m going to flip this camera around and let you see a little bit of what we got going on. With you got the big tiles on the fireplace now for the fireplace is coming along well.

Still a wood-burning fireplace looking nice so we got um some of the cabinets coming into all the doors are here ready to go in. Some of the cabinets are in – so can a hall bath way out of the cabinet and then a backsplash tile in as well. I think that’s just there and then the laundry room we’ve got the cabinet’s starting to go in as well. Sorry no line in there yet and  we’ve got our little pass thru on the Longview cabinet. The master closet – gonna pass that right through. Floors are in and look great we haven’t got any cabinets in here.

This is the Jack and Jill bathroom I’ve got most of the tiles though I think we’re still doing the backsplash tile. In this I think that might be why the cabinets are in yet looking for the big black splash pile in that one probably, but then  here’s the cabinet’s from there as well. Coming along nice it’s a new front door it needs to be painted but there’s the fun we’re gonna finish with all.

Right here’s a kitchen starting to come in cabinets are starting to go in got some of the two-tone modern clean finish. Big fridge, double ovens, microwave, cooktop, big vent hood. So we got a lot of cabinetry out here a nice sized Island yep and then the hidden the pantry looks like it’s just a cabinet.

But no we got a big pantry back here so big walk-in pantry. In the kitchen hidden by our cabinetry done a great job with that. Got  an interior sub panel back there. All right now we sneak back into the master where they’ve started get that cabinetry in there as well as all the backsplash tile and our flush mount faucets. Huge walk-in closet walk-in shower.

Our project on Sells drive here coming along well. We should have it all finished up in the next few weeks here so keep an eye on our  PhixNPhlip crowdfunding and Facebook page PhixNPhlip.com and also check us out on YouTube or Facebook to keep it any updates. We don’t have a project that we’re marketing right now but we hope to have one late this year early next year up for advertisement and investment. Take and have a great day
